It was a three-stage process. The first stage has two parts: a cognitive and technical assessment, and then a coding assessment round. The second stage was a communication assessment round. Finally, stage three was an online interview.

It was only two rounds: Aptitude + Technical, and the second round was the HR interview. After that, there was no sign of recruitment, and I am still waiting for progress. The HR round was quite easy and predictable.

A brief interview with basic development questions in the specific programming language the position was focused on. Questions focused on technical aspects of the language and some questions about frameworks.
