I received a call from a consultancy regarding a candidate with 3 years of experience. It was a virtual interview with one round. I joined on time, but the panel was busy, so I waited 30-40 minutes.

After the interview, there was no update and they didn't even respond back. They also asked to restart from process 1. Bad experience with HR, but the interview was very good and basic about the project.
