The interview process was good and well structured. The interviewer asked questions related to the role, mainly focusing on Java, OOPs concepts, and problem-solving. Some questions were slightly difficult, but overall the discussion was comfortable

Worst interview. They clearly were biased. It seems like they had already filled the position or had no need for anyone, but they scheduled an interview. So instead of canceling, they just conducted one for namesake.

The interview was for 8 minutes, and I still didn't get any selection mail. So, I feel Accenture delays the recruitment process. The interviewer was reluctant to listen to me, as I'm a male candidate. It's better to have a backup offer if you select
