Pros

Accenture offers a market-rate package with good medical, health, dental, and vision benefits. Working time is quite flexible, and there are chances to work with people from multiple nationalities.

Cons

Most of the projects at Accenture will require you to work very long hours. The minimum should be 50 hours per week. The promotion process is not transparent enough, and it is not based on performance. The solution workforce will need a longer time to reach management level.

Advice to Management

Make the promotion process more transparent and promote people based on their performance instead of favoritism. It is very obvious that people whom the big boss likes will be promoted faster, even if another individual is more capable. Make the time taken to reach a management level in solution the same as for the consulting workforce.
