Exam, then interview, then job offer. Long waiting time for the job offer. Took months before you get feedback. But all worth it in the end. Good company and good salary.

During the initial call with the recruiter, they asked about my past experience and posed some situational questions. Unfortunately, the process did not move forward because the position required a specific visa that I did not have.

I got the interview through a referral. I had an all-technical interview after an aptitude test (online); it was a face-to-face interview in Hyderabad. I did badly and was declined.
