The relocation process is handled pretty well, but that’s it. After that, you’d better change the job.
They don’t care about people. If you are not on the project, it becomes your problem to find the project. You have to drive to another part of the country four days a week, with no appreciation. The salary is extremely low. Bureaucracy within the company takes place if you want to apply for training or anything else.
Care more about your employees, not only about money.
It was a nice and smooth interview so far. HR is very polite and considerate. It was a nice experience, and I'm currently doing well in my position. No regrets in applying with Accenture.
I took my test on campus, and it was pretty easy with a main focus on SQL, DSA, and full stack. The first round was MCQs, then if we qualified we got to attend the second round.
They mostly ask project questions, like which technologies you handled and what was the motive for doing this project. Some behaviour questions, like what is your favourite subject and your least favourite subject.
