Like any consultancy, it all depends on the client. I was with them for 3 types of projects, two of them were very short due to purely administrative issues. The last one was longer (around 6 months) and this one was quite good, lots of training but the work was calm, with some loaded days but good.
Everything depends on your People Lead and the interactions you have with the client. If these are bad due to reasons beyond your understanding, it will be a bad mark on your record.
