Pros

Exposure, benefits (becoming less so), coworkers are nice.

Cons

Management needs to care more about people and less about numbers. It's very easy to get shoehorned into call center-ish roles/contracts. HR tends to brush a lot of issues under the rug. People at my office brought up issues about management, and HR told these issues to management, who claimed it wasn't a concern and was dropped by HR.

Advice to Management

Please think more about us as people and less as numbers.
