Accenture has the best people at work I've ever met. It's a good place to start.
I've been working for almost 5 years but was promoted only once. The process for promotion and compensation is bad. I've been doing SME work since my 3rd year, and to be honest, I've been doing what other experts can do.
If you want to keep your best people, give them your best care.
