Decent pay. Good infrastructure. Back-to-back promotions for certain sets of people who have good relations with senior management. Even with 2 years of experience, you can become an SSE.
No choice of technology when you join as ASE.
Your career depends on your project.
Worst office timings (8:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
On the other hand, there are people with 4 years of experience as SE.
Never ever go to support projects.
Don't give employees the fear of a PIP.
Before hiring an employee for a project, please do give weightage to their current technology.
Don't be biased.
