Employee friendly, Flexi office timing. Free shuttle, medical insurance, and gratuity not included in the package. Good increment and appraisal. Leadership accessible.
Too much variable component. Regional politics. Quality of work is poor and not matching profile. Not good for learning.
Think about the employee, not only about the project.
