Exciting Tech, Low Pay
It's a really dynamic environment and a really exciting workplace. I'm learning a lot of cutting-edge technologies. It's a good company for starters (internship and first job experience).
It's not easy to increase salary and level. In Italy, the salaries at Accenture as a SW Engineer are too low, rather than in other EU countries.
I suggest to the management to equalize salaries' levels to other EU countries (such as the UK and Germany) in order to avoid a great turnover.
