Salary: When they hired me, they told me a salary that was not met afterwards and no one took responsibility. It is low compared to the market.
The benefits are only to compensate for the poor pay, but even adding up all the benefits, it doesn't reach a good salary.
The free courses they offer don't give you time to do them, as you are swamped with the project. Therefore, if you do them, it's outside of working hours.
