Accenture expands by buying up decent small companies and then systematically destroying everything good about them. Miles of red tape, completely inaccessible systems, and utterly non-existent support services. They seem to go out of their way to make everything ten times harder than it needs to be. Progressions and pay reviews are completely opaque, and the goalposts get shifted on a regular basis.
