Poor pay, poor equipment, sleazy, corrupt, lying middle managers.
Dishonesty runs through every vein of this company.
My advice to anyone working there: get out fast.
Find something that is worthy of you.
I did and now earn 3x as much as I did working for this racket.
Simply, be honest for once and treat your employees like people, not cattle or 'resources' as you like to call them.
