The joy you will feel when you leave and finally get a job that pays well and is worthy to employ you.
Poor pay, poor equipment, sleazy, corrupt, lying middle managers.
Dishonesty runs through every vein of this company.
My advice to anyone working there: get out fast.
Find something that is worthy of you.
I did and now earn 3x as much as I did working for this racket.
Simply, be honest for once and treat your employees like people, not cattle or 'resources' as you like to call them.
