Undeniably, Accenture honed me to be a competitive Software Engineer in the market. They really invest in training and value individual growth. Best of all, what’s really great are their people; professional yet friendly.
Also, there are travel opportunities for some projects and if you’re lucky enough to be drawn for their GCP.
Back then, there were limited opportunities for Frontend Developers/Javascript. It was almost impossible to be retooled in a different skill.
Salary was also a concern, not the best in the market.
