Come with nothing, go out with everything. This is how I can summarize Accenture. They don't care if you have the skills, as long as you have the attitude and perseverance for learning, then they will hire and train you.
Minimum work hours are 9 hours, plus a 1.5-hour break, for a total of 10.5 hours of stay in the office. Also, in my last project, we were working with flexible hours. Even though I arrived at 3:00 PM and would leave the office at 1:30 AM, I would still be paid at the rate of 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Night differential and hazard pay were omitted.
Pay the employees according to actual work hours.
