Best culture of sharing ideas, collaboration, and inclusivity for all. Had a great experience being onboarded. Paid training and exposures were a blast. Would highly recommend this as a starting company if you were to start a career in the tech industry.
They had to implement an impractical hybrid setup where you had to report once in the office, and the rest of the month would be work-from-home.
Fully implement a WFH setting to better cater to the needs of employees outside of work. This saves them a ton of time commuting and overall provides a better work-life balance by letting them be with their families in the provinces.
