Pros
  • Flexi-time
  • Sometimes pays out rendered overtime
  • Top-notch HMO (Maxicare)
  • Definitely a good starting point for tech careers
Cons

Career experience will depend on the quality of the team that you'll be deployed into.

Career growth and opportunities are quite scarce.

OTY's (Overtime Thank You) are more often than not.

I encountered Tech Leads who took made credit-grabbing as a habit, which resulted in him being promoted, while my colleagues and I received a measly 1% salary increase.

Being part of a high-quality and great team is like a lottery; you need to be really lucky to be deployed into one.

Advice to Management

Give credit where credit is due.
