Excellent work environment. Management is very helpful. Most of your co-workers can become good friends outside of work. Medical benefits for you and your dependents. Salary is slightly above average.
Work-life balance is almost non-existent. Projects you end up in can make or break it for you. Career progression can be slow.
Please take care of your employees more. Give them a breather once in a while and try to be realistic about your approach regarding deadlines, the capabilities of each person, and the complexity of the project itself.
