The interview was very relaxed, and they spoke of a lot of benefits. The main reason for the interview taking place is because they had a direct pipeline to my university.

For freshers, the interview would be very easy. Just have a list of languages you're comfortable in, some of your projects with that language, and some personal questions. You will be asked to rate the languages from 1-10.
