Accenture is a great place to work due to its initiatives and programs that promote employee wellbeing both inside and outside of work. Additionally, Accenture has tons of resources that employees can tap into for learning and development. Overall, I would say Accenture is a great place to start on your career.
I would say compensation is lacking for homegrown talents.
There is disparity between what the company is promoting and what "some" employees are exhibiting, contradicting the company's initiatives.
Due to massive growth in headcount, there is a slight hiccup in the management of project engagement and staffing, affecting resources deployed in the field.
- Check in with the employee more often, focusing on their wellbeing and overall.
