Slow career growth. In your first months, there is this thing called 'bench' where you are waitlisted. They would have to place you to a project based on the company's demands/needs.
Based on my experience, I was 'benched' for 7 months because there was no 'open' project. This is weird because they hired me, but I didn't do anything for the past few months.
They will train you, say for example, a bootcamp for ASP.NET. However, when you are already deployed to a project, the training you have will not be used in any sort because the project you have been deployed to uses a different technology.
Some projects will not pay for your overtime.
Long working hours. In the Philippines and India, working hours are 10 hours, plus any overtime you will have. Based on my experience, my average working hours a day is 12 hours, sometimes it's 14 hours. This makes it hard to have a work-life balance.
Manage your talents/resources properly. Align training/skills with the project to which you will be deploying that talent/resource.
