  • Those tiny tasks like participating in events or emails give incentives.
  • Great training/certification programs.
  • Flexi management; plotting PTOs/SLs and necessary documents are seamless.
  • Offshore opportunities.
  • CEO likes to give surprise bonuses/incentives every now and then.
Cons
  • Low to average non-competitive compensation.
  • Annual/promotion increases are low.
  • Some projects have toxic leadership and senior management.
  • Politics hinder advancement up the ladder.
  • Intense micromanaging exists within projects.
  • The bench population (employees without projects) can often become very crowded.
  • Anyone can be subjected to a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) even if performing well.
Advice to Management

Leadership should have performance/character reviews as well, from subordinates. Power trips often happen in projects.
