After your first year, make sure you apply to other companies. They will give you twice your current salary. For Accenture, the increase yearly is very minimal.
You don't have a choice if they put you in night shift. They'll tell you to try, but the project will not release you unless you take it to HR. And that will affect your performance because everyone acts like they're CEO or something.
They don't care if you leave. They hire everyday.
