Ethical company. There are structures developed for employees' career development, such as tons of trainings and mentorship. The work schedule is also flexible, but I guess it varies depending on the employee's role and the geographic location.
The company has great intentions for employee career growth, but the effectiveness of the structures they've set up is dependent on the cultural context of the specific country. It's not one-size-fits-all.
