Bad pay for someone who has earned a decent degree, i.e., starting minimum wage for IT specialists, CS grads, licensed engineers, etc.
Bad, toxic working hours. Nine hours minimum but not always possible or achievable since your hours are counted per tasks provided. There are times when there is an absolute lack of tasks within the team, so you spend more than nine hours a day.
Work-life balance is not achievable when you're in the technology delivery centers. You may even have work during the weekends or be on-call. Holidays are mostly not recognized.

The team that I belong to, as of writing, are funded in a "communist way." That budget is also split with other teams with different clients.
Hourly charges are understandable, but you can't really blame employees for wanting to not stay in the office for more than humane hours, if possible. Also, holiday work? Really?

My Accenture interview was smooth and structured. The panel focused on problem-solving, project experience, communication skills, and basic technical concepts. The process felt supportive, professional, and clearly aligned to real-world client work
