It is a good company for graduates/beginners. They provide many opportunities for training and development. I was assigned to a project that promotes engagement between resources, management, and clients.
They organize activities such as client visits, training sessions, and summer outings.
I also had great team leads. They recognize your accomplishments, even if it's just closing an incident ticket, and give advice for any problems you have – work, personal, or love life issues. lol
Small increase.
More work on special roles than the actual work.
Favoritism in promotion.
