Politics is really rampant in the management. This is actually normal and quite obvious even to other companies. I actually appreciate Accenture for giving highlights to the people, even if its management cannot handle its people properly. Give proper credits to the employees, increase the basic salary each year if possible, engage your people to join communities, and lastly, do not misuse your position to maltreat others.

Also, bribery is rampant as well, though I think this is more personal. Avoid accepting gifts from your employees to avoid conflict of interest.
