Good people to work with. The work environment was good. You can relocate to your city of choice. Better than other IT firms.
There is a huge mix of too many talented and unworthy professionals. Not everyone gets recognized. The higher end of the chain benefits while the lower end is kept in the dark about most of the decisions.
The selection process has to be rigorous, and only talented professionals should be recruited.
There is too much junk at present in the company.
