Although known for tech, we do just about every type of consulting in every industry in every corner of the earth, so there’s an incredible variety of opportunities.
It’s so big that it can be tough to navigate and can feel impersonal at times.
To better meet client needs, advisors need to offer the right products, targeted to the client and shared at the right point in time.
A key characteristic in this new state of advice is that it’s inherently personal: uniquely aligned to a client's needs and built upon individual context.
Factors like timing, trust, interest, concern, and chemistry are secondary, yet play a critical role in the overall experience and relationship.
Putting it all together could enable firms to deliver a diverse offering that attracts investors through choice and enables individual curation in recommendations and selection—available and delivered when needed.
Worst recruitment process ever. The interviewer did not show up more than two times. HR was not apologetic about it and just kept rescheduling. I understand there can be last-minute emergencies, but having it happen three times is difficult to digest
It was mostly questions related to academic projects and challenges I faced during them. The aptitude and coding rounds were average. Aptitude did not include anything quantitative, and for coding, I had knapsack and sort.
It was easy. It was a 2-step process. Technical Interview 1. They asked basic data structure questions from stack and linked list. 2. Java questions about syntax of the programming language. 3. Case study questions.
