Latest SAP modules and version to work on, which will help in self-progress.
Few resources will be very good, and some are a worst nightmare like my manager and lead. Beware of these hopeless people and their disgusting nature and behavior. If you do not oil them and butter them, then no rating for you. But a personal tip: never bow down to them. Knowledge is your weapon.
Rest assured, it is an okay company; I won't say good, since the company's core values have degraded. But there are many company benefits and very good projects to work on, so be focused on that.

If you are out of Maharashtra, they will discriminate against you and target you unnecessarily.
Check on the managers and leads/supervisors' nonsense behavior and nuisance. In their fear, resources cannot even go to HR to complain.
