I applied online. The process took 3 months. Aptitude and coding, then communications, final technical interview. This interview was not so hard to crack, but they didn't select me. The whole process took around 2 months for me.

There are four rounds in Accenture this time. The first is a cognitive ability test. If you clear that, you will go to the second round, which is coding, and then the Versant round, and then the final HR round.

The interview questions were mostly HR interview questions, covering introduction, projects, questions related to family background, strengths and weaknesses, why Accenture, the CEO of the company, etc. Communication skills play a more important role
