Access to upskilling material, e.g., AWS certification.
Software engineering is just a title.
They get you to do whatever needs doing, even though it's nowhere close to what you want to do.
You usually end up more lost than you were coming in.
Pay is extremely low; not worth the stress.
Listen to what grads actually need to develop.
At the moment, grads are just money-making toys.

The first round is an online interview with Accenture HR, and I didn't make it to the second round. It takes around 20-30 minutes. The interviewer is friendly, and you can feel comfortable talking to them.
