It is good to work with a brand company in the software services field. The working culture is good and less stressful. There are good hikes, compensation, and promotions, etc.
The annual rating is not very transparent. Sometimes you will not get what you deserve. There are very few things to learn from a technical point of view in such a big company, as every work is divided among many people and you will get to know only a small part of any assignment. There are also very few onsite opportunities.
