Pros

Everything is good. Transport is free.

Cons

They do the appraisal teamwise. In a team, they will provide ratings based on performance. One candidate must be a below-performer, and they will not get any hike. Besides that, they don't have any clarity about which manager will give your final feedback if you work on two projects. Suppose you worked from September to March on one project and then April to June on a different project. The first project gives you a below-performance rating because you were not in the project, and you will lose your job.

Advice to Management

The feedback process should be clearer so that no good candidate gets a PIP.
