8-week paternity leave was great. 2022. Great work-life balance.
Low pay. No company match 401k until 1 year, with 3-year vesting. The worst insurance I've seen, and you pay out the nose for it. No raises, even with 40 years of inflation, year after year. Pathetic bonus instead of a raise. They will fire everyone on your team and ship your job to India.
Stop the woke BS.
