- Great sources for knowledge sharing.
- Good policies. You can find a policy for everything. :)
- Less salary.
- Less time off.
- Work-life balance quite difficult to maintain.
- No choice on the kind of projects you want to work on.
There is less visibility of senior management to how things are actually going on at the project level.
