- Experienced exposure.
- Well-formed hierarchy.
- If the clients or project is rich, you are happy.
- Cross-domain work is very hard to achieve because unknown team leads and managers are really unappreciative.
There should be an internal meet where you can interact and look for opportunities in other projects.
