As a fresher, general questions were asked to test technical aspects. I was also asked to explain my final year project, what difficulties I faced while doing the project, and how I resolved them.

We had resume shortlisting, then an aptitude test, then a verbal ability test, then a tech interview, then an HR interview. All the tests were eliminatory.
