Accenture salaries are often extremely below the market rate.
Extreme competition if you want to be promoted.
Long hours, long commutes (in some cases), and frequent travels (in some cases).
Please re-evaluate the pay grades and salaries offered to the employees. They are severely beneath market rates in some cases.
Also, either encourage HR to be completely honest when recruiting folks about the difference in treatment, placement, and salaries between the different workforces, or bridge the gaps closer.
