Decent salary if you come in as an experienced hire. If you get a traveling gig, you get everything paid for and WFH Fridays. There are multiple groups within the company so you can find people that share similar interests. A lot of events are thrown with the designated groups mentioned.
Get to work on different projects where you can learn a lot.
A lot of work given with short deadlines.
Have to lay out a plan early on to get promoted; have to be aggressive.
We need to have better deadlines drawn out before selling projects. If projects are sold with tight deadlines, there have to be more highly qualified people who understand the technology to be able to lead them the right way from the beginning.
