WFH was provided to all employees at the start of the pandemic. Training and sessions were conducted remotely for newcomers to the project. I got the opportunity to work on multiple skills like SQL, shell scripting, and performance testing.
Management wants the results in a lesser time. They need to understand that training provided to employees remotely takes time for someone to grasp. I have been in two projects at Accenture, and management is very selfish; they just see their profit part, nothing else. Managers literally ask employees to sit for 9+ hours in a working day, even when there is less work.
See things from others' views as well, instead of looking from only your (money/profit) view.
On-campus interview experience. It was fine. Started with introduction, experience, and interests. Mix of technical questions, project discussion, and HR questions. But ghosted after all rounds of the selection process.
Smooth and excellent, they will see how dedicated you are towards work. Be prepared for tricky questions. Understand basic concepts of a software engineering role according to specific areas. Be positive in your interview.
The Accenture interview process typically includes: * An online assessment. * A technical interview focusing on skills and projects. * A behavioral or HR interview assessing communication, problem-solving, and cultural fit for the organization
