Joined a few months back, and in no time it's my 6-month anniversary (Accenture notified me of that). Time passes here real quick with great people, with the greatest personalities. I also got a salary hike, and it's a really fun environment over here.
Being a fresher and clearing basic training and stream training with no difficulty. Being on the bench for 4 days and then getting appointed to a project. Life is good here.
No cons as of now.
Just be like this.
On-campus interview experience. It was fine. Started with introduction, experience, and interests. Mix of technical questions, project discussion, and HR questions. But ghosted after all rounds of the selection process.
Smooth and excellent, they will see how dedicated you are towards work. Be prepared for tricky questions. Understand basic concepts of a software engineering role according to specific areas. Be positive in your interview.
The Accenture interview process typically includes: * An online assessment. * A technical interview focusing on skills and projects. * A behavioral or HR interview assessing communication, problem-solving, and cultural fit for the organization
