They are eroding their brand value.

New policy changes are bringing down the level of the company.
When I joined 3 years back as a fresher, I was excited to join Accenture and turned down other offers in hand. But the recent changes in policies have certainly hit the brand name of Accenture among employers, and people do not value working at Accenture as much as they used to. Please don't copy policies from other Indian companies.
