- Compensation is way too low.
- Laterals get more than what people who have been here from the start get.
- The peer group is not something you can be proud of.
- The peer group is not just technically unsound; they are not even aware of general knowledge, and it makes you dumber too.
- Think of the inflation in the market and at least give a salary which would help your employees lead a life of dignity.
