Yes, it is good. They can select you easily. They mainly focus on learning, which will benefit you for your future.
The problem is that they mostly hire a ton of people and make them bench, and don't allot them projects. Because of that, a problem arises when the candidate wants to switch companies; they don't have hands-on projects.
