Pros

They have nothing called "Pros" because of their never-ending recruitment process, which may take a year or more, or you may never hear from them.

Cons
  1. The recruitment process is never-ending.
  2. Applicants waste time with 4-5 interview rounds, and profiles are put on hold for no reason, stating there are no open demands in the project.
  3. At the same time, more job postings are posted on job portals to fool more candidates for the same profile.
  4. They send a signature reply for everything you ask and thank you for your patience without any shame.
Advice to Management
  1. Don't waste the applicants' time and have some deadlines to complete your recruitment process. No recruitment process in this whole world can take more than a year.

  2. If there are no open demands, then do not initiate the process.

  3. Do not send the same reply for everything. Prepare something new to fool applicants. This is quite funny.
