Low salary, less increment, internal politics, poor management, no scope for tech change, no friendly environment, hires anyone.

Nice interview with some technical and riddle questions, and a puzzle as well. The 1st day was aptitude, and the 2nd day was a group interview kind of thing and a personal interview as well.
